OSHA citations near you, matched to the services you sell
TrainingDue emails you the employers within your radius that OSHA has cited for fall protection, lockout/tagout, hazard communication, respiratory protection or forklift standards, with the standard, the issue date and the proposed penalty. You reach out with the program, installation or training they need.
For safety and EHS consultants, fall-protection installers and safety trainers in the Chicago area and the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania corridor. Citations reach the public Department of Labor data about 4 to 5 weeks after OSHA issues them. The daily email will send each one the morning after it appears there; during launch, founding customers get their alerts prepared by hand.

Questions
Where does the data come from?
From OSHA's public enforcement records, published through the US Department of Labor's API. TrainingDue is an independent service and has no relationship with OSHA or the Department of Labor.
How fresh is it?
The Department of Labor data runs about 4 to 5 weeks behind the day OSHA issues a citation. The daily email sends each citation the morning after it appears in that data; during launch, founding customers get their alerts prepared by hand. An alert is never about a citation issued that same week.
What is in an alert?
The employer and its address, the distance from your ZIP code, the industry, the service it matches, the standard as OSHA publishes it, the issue date and the proposed penalty, plus a CSV of the same rows.
Why are there no employer names on this page?
This page is public, so the examples leave the employer out. Your alerts include it.
Who writes the descriptions?
The service categories and plain-English labels are ours. Employer names, standards, dates and penalties are shown exactly as published.
Which areas do you cover?
We start with Chicago and Rockford, and the corridor from northern, central and south New Jersey and New York City to Philadelphia, Allentown, Lancaster and Harrisburg. Write to us if you work somewhere else.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, with the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to jose@trainingdue.com. Billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
Is this legal or compliance advice?
No. TrainingDue reports public citation data. It does not advise employers or tell you what an employer must do.
