Terms of service

Who provides the service

TrainingDue is provided by Jose Lopez Garcia, a sole trader based in Spain ([BUSINESS ADDRESS]), contact jose@trainingdue.com. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record, which handles payments, invoices, taxes and refunds. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

The service

TrainingDue sends email alerts listing employers near a ZIP code that OSHA has cited under standards related to the services you sell, based on public enforcement data published through the US Department of Labor's API. Service categories, plain-English labels and matching are ours; employer names, standards, dates and penalties are shown as published.

The data reaches the Department of Labor's public data weeks after OSHA issues a citation, and records can be corrected, contested or withdrawn later. We do not guarantee that the data is complete, current or free of errors, or that any alert leads to business.

Independence

This product uses the US Department of Labor API but is not endorsed or certified by the US Department of Labor. Not affiliated with OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor.

No advice

TrainingDue reports public records. It is not legal, safety or compliance advice, and it does not say what any employer must do.

How you may use the alerts

Subscription, price and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. There is no free trial. You can cancel at any time with the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to us; the subscription then ends at the close of the period already paid. Refunds follow our refund policy.

We accept at most 3 paying firms per area and customer type. That limit applies to new subscriptions and does not guarantee that no other firm receives the same public data.

Changes and availability

We may change the service or these terms. We tell customers by email at least 30 days before a change that affects them, and you can cancel before it takes effect. The service may be unavailable at times, for example when the Department of Labor API is down.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
